This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines how artworks purchased through Verbunt Galerie (“we,” “us,” or “our”) are fulfilled and delivered to customers (“you,” “your,” or “Collector”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Fulfilment & Artist Shipping

All artworks purchased through Verbunt Galerie are shipped directly by the artist to preserve authenticity and streamline delivery. After placing your order and completing any applicable customizations (such as framing or sizing), you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.

Once your order is confirmed, the artist is notified and will begin preparing your artwork. Depending on the nature of the piece, artists typically ship within 2 weeks. A tracking number will be provided once your artwork is dispatched.

2. Shipping & Delivery

All artworks are securely packaged to ensure safe arrival. Once dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking information via email.

  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on the artist’s location and the destination country.

  • A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon successful delivery confirmation.

3. International Orders & Customs

Verbunt Galerie proudly ships worldwide.
When shipping internationally:

  • Once your order arrives in the destination country, local import regulations will apply.

  • Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • If necessary, we are happy to assist with any documentation or communication required by customs authorities.

4. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, you may be liable for redelivery fees. If the package is returned to us or the artist, we reserve the right to charge additional handling and shipping costs for reshipment.
